How it’s Made
We use a plain white base shell, then any combination of acrylic or spray paints. It is then sprayed with a clear coat of polyurethane to help protect it from daily wear and tear.

Shipping Policies
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
Shipping Methods: We use USPS First Class or Priority shipping.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns: We accept returns on faceplates within 7 days of delivery. Item must be in original condition.
Decals: A new decal will be printed and shipped to you at no charge if it arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and you MUST include images of the damaged item and packaging.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as we begin processing your order.

We love creating custom designs! If you have a specific idea, please contact us. We will provide a design proof for approval before starting production.
