We offer ceramic mugs in 2 sizes - 11 oz or 15 oz. Our quality mugs are thicker walled, sturdier, and less fragile than many other printed mugs on the market.

★ Design will be on both sides of the mug (unlike many shops who only offer one sided mugs). Great for left-handed or right-handed mug holders.
★ Permanent printed design, vibrant and beautiful, bonded to the mug coating itself professionally, and will not peel off.
★ Dishwasher safe on top rack with non-bleach cleaner. However dishwasher cleaner can be very abrasive and water temperature can vary - so hand washing is ideal for the longest lasting preservation of the mug coating and imprinted design.
★ Microwave safe.

Meet the Maker
I've been married to my best friend since 1998, and that same year our son was born extremely premature at under 23 weeks along in my pregnancy. He was born smaller than most doctors had seen at that time, weighing just 1 pound and 3 ounces and only 11.5 inches long. It was important to be able to stay home with him once he came home from NICU, so I took my hobby of all things digital - web design, graphics, illustration, digital scrapbooking, and photography and grew them into more than hobbies. This suited our family even still when two and half years later our daughter was also born a micro-preemie at just 25 weeks along 12.5 inches long, she also weighed just 1 pound and 3 ounces. They have both flourished against many odds, and I still continued to work from home which allowed us to homeschool as well. Now they are healthy young adults, and I am a grandma. I've been very blessed to be able to have such miracles in my life, a great husband to raise them with, and to do what I love to do as an artists and a "job".
I love to create things, and don't have a specific style in mind or goal when I start most designs. I just follow where my mood, inspiration, and thoughts take me at the time. I love creating things that help make keepsakes of every day moments, special occasions, but also enjoy creating humorous puns and sayings, or just random thoughts.

Processing times:
Our items are handmade & made to order and the time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items for details or feel free to reach out if you have a specific question, timeline you need to check for, or potentially add rush services for.
Estimated shipping times:
United States:
- 2 - 6 business days for Standard.
- 1 - 4 business days for Expedited.
- 1 - 2 business days for Express.
- We may also offer other alternative shipping services on products, depending on the size and weight of the product offered, delivery days will vary by distance and carrier.
Actual delivery time will depend on the carrier, and method available, and we cannot control carrier delays.
Shipping times cannot be guaranteed, and we recommend ordering in advance of any holiday or occasion - to give your item plenty of chance to arrive before needed. Please consider all processing and shipping times when calculating the estimated time your order will arrive. Our items are handmade & made to order, and will not be ready to ship until created.
Orders are insured and if your order is lost in transit, missing from it's box or packaging, or damaged by the carrier -- PLEASE reach out to us. We will help to address any such issues within the specific guidelines of the carrier and their insurance terms and requirements.
Please ensure you provide a safe, secure, appropriately sized and accessible location for your deliveries. If an item shows delivered but is stolen after delivery, insurance will not cover theft that occurs once delivery has been completed. This will need to be addressed with your local law enforcement and/or the mail carrier service. Many times an item may appear to be lost but the carrier has put in an out of the way location on your property. They can also provide GPS information on delivery to help locate.
Please ensure you provide a correct and up to date delivery address. We have no way to know if an address is incomplete, incorrect, or no longer active. Orders will be shipped to the address provided. If a shipping error occurs that is not seller faulted, it will be the buyer's responsibility to retrieve the package, pay to reship if returned to seller, or repurchase if desired.
We gladly accept cancellations if requested within 1 hour of purchase. Because we often begin part of the creation process as soon as possible to create your item after receiving an order, we cannot cancel orders once production has begun.
Our products are made to order and often custom. We don't accept returns or exchanges on orders, unless there was a verifiable error or fault on our part when processing the order. We try to be very diligent in processing every order, we truly want you to be happy with your order. If we have somehow made an error, we will happily work to address the issue. Please reach out to us!
Please double check all items and order accuracy prior to checkout. Proofread carefully all text, check names, spelling, capitalization, punctuation, addresses, quantity, sizes, etc. We have no way to guarantee to catch a user submitted error, or to 100% determine if a mistake was made. Although we do try to be vigilant, we cannot be responsible for user submitted errors. Many names can be spelled in several ways, or have unique spelling or punctuation.
Some fonts may convert letters differently - such as all uppercase, in these instances letters will be converted as necessary due to the font specific styling.
Otherwise we will print exactly as provided, unless we are unable to do so due to a formatting error, or determine a potential error has been made - in which case, we will do our best to reach out to you, so please monitor your email for messages. If we do not hear back in a timely manner (24 hrs) your order may be shipped exactly as submitted, edited prior to print for what appears to be an obvious typo (examples: waht instead of what, teh instead of the), or cancelled according to our best judgement of the given situation. If we cannot reach you and your item processes and ships under the above scenarios, refunds will not be issued due to user submitted errors and/or lack of communication.
Product customization and options - we try to provide clear instructions on our products for any needed personalization, customization, or variations. In the event we need to contact you about your order, please check your messages quickly. If we do not receive a reply from you within 24 hours, we will use our best judgement to fill the order accordingly or may need to cancel the order.
