CANDLE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
• Due to the uniqueness of the candles it is very important to never leave them unattended. Please make sure you remove the dried loose flowers and herbs from your candle before you light it up. They are ONLY for decorative purposes and it is NOT safe to be in the candle while the candle is burning. This is to prevent them from acting like additional wicks by being set on fire. In the event of the flame being large, blow out the candle and trim the wick approximately 5 millimetres. Please use your candle safe.
• The crystals are safe to keep in the candle while it is lit and it's easier to be removed right after you've put it out while the wax is soft. Please make sure you use tools to do this, NEVER put your fingers in the hot wax.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Keep wicks trimmed to 1/4 inch. If you notice a large flame during burning, blow out the candle & trim the wick before re-lighting.
• Never use water to extinguish a candle; this is extremely dangerous as it can cause excess heat and steam, which may cause the container/glass to explode.
• Place burning candle on heat resistant surface. Candle tins can become very hot, please be cautious where you are lighting the candle.
• Never move a candle while hot or burning. Blow out the candle if jar becomes excessively hot.
• Keep out of drafty areas, near an open window, air duct or fan. Keep out of reach of children, pets and flammable materials.
• Do not use lid to extinguish candle.
• Don't burn a candle all the way down. Extinguish the flame if it comes too close to the holder or container.

How it’s Made
Each KrisiaArt candle is unique and made specially for you. The candles are poured in small batches and all crystals and herbs are hand selected. I use natural crystals, herbs & flowers to handcraft each candle. The stones & herbs might have slight variations in color, size and shape due to their nature. I carefully choose them to make every candle be just as beautiful as you see in the pictures above.

Returns
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund or exchange the product for another one. You can contact me at: krisiaart@hotmail.com
All orders are made, packaged, and shipped by me in my studio in beautiful New Jersey, as I take care to inspect each order before mailing to make sure that it's exactly what was ordered and as beautiful as you saw it on the pictures.
Terms & Conditions for Returns / Exchanges / Cancellations
Any returns or exchanges must be approved by me before you send them back, please contact me within 48 hours of package delivery if you have a problem with your order.
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase.
All returns must be sent back within 5 business days of me agreeing to the return/exchange.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or shipped back to me securely wrapped so the product arrives safe and not damaged.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the problem is a physical defect that wasn't detected when I sent the order.
Damage caused by the customer will not be considered as a reason for a product return.
Generally, shipping costs are non-refundable (other conditions may apply based on a specific case). When you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping may be deducted from your refund.
If an item was shipped with free shipping, the actual post office cost of the original shipping may be held back from any refunds issued.
Please do NOT use signature confirmation as this will delay delivery of your returned items and may potentially disrupt your refund/exchange entirely. All returned packages are securely delivered and stored in a locker, so you do not need to pay the additional fee for signature confirmation. *If there are any discrepancies whether or not we received your item, we will always refund you as long as there is a return tracking number that shows your items were shipped and marked as "Delivered".
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. responsible for return postage on all returns. I don't provide return shipping labels unless the item was defective to begin with. Please read the description of the item before purchasing to verify sizes and details.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged *Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, unless the item is defective due to our error.
Custom or personalized orders.
Exchanges:
You can exchange a product for up to 7 days from the date that your items were delivered to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the product.
Once the item has been received, we will send out the exchange. If there is a difference in price, we will send you an invoice for that amount.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

My package was delivered damaged. What to do?
If you received the items damaged, please contact me asap.
To verify damage I need to get photos of the item and the packaging so that I can potentially file a claim with the post office.
Please keep the original packaging as the USPS has changed their return policies and in some cases they will request an inspection of the box and damaged goods to be brought up to the nearest post office location.
I didn't get my package, Can I get a refund?
If you didn't get the package, but the post office marked it as delivered, you need to contact the post office to see where the delivery was left. They have GPS on their scanners and are able to see exactly what address the package was delivered to. If they made a mistake they will have to help you get the package back. If the package was delivered to your address, they won't be able to help you.
In cases where a package was delivered to your address but you can't find it, I am unable to refund. You should file a stolen mail report with the post office and your local police so that they can track cases and see if there are patterns of mail theft. Please contact me if this is your situation so that I know what's going on!
If the package wasn't delivered and the tracking doesn't show that it was received, please contact me and I'll arrange a solution.
We ship to US only.
All orders are shipped in 1-5 business days of when the order was received.
Shipping speed is determined by the postage that you choose at checkout, and is determined by the US postal service.
Estimated delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delivery times start when the package is handed off to the post office, not when the order is placed.
All postal delays are out of our control and can't be predicted. Please place your order in advance, if you need things on a specific date.

IMPORTANT
Krisiaart LLC keeps the right to change or extend shipping times based on current orders volume and other factors that may apply. If there's any changes we will contact you to confirm you agree with the changes, if any.
Packages are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail, which usually takes about 2-5 business days to arrive or USPS Priority Service, which takes 1-3 business days to arrive, depending on your location and current holidays, weekends, etc.
All shipments are made to the address that you provide at checkout. To ensure that your package gets to you as quickly as possible, please make sure the shipping address is correct and up to date.
If you submit an incorrect address, please let us know as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped, we can change the delivery address for you. We are unable to change your address once your package has shipped.
If a package is delivered to an incorrect address that was provided by a customer, we cannot issue a refund.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can issue a refund for the cost of the items only (less shipping) or reship the package if you'd like to purchase additional label to reship it.

Are shipping times guaranteed?
No, those are out of my control. Please take post office shipping time estimates into account. The USPS doesn't guarantee delivery dates, and while I ship everything as quickly as I can I have no control over the date that a package will arrive. Once a package is marked as delivered by the post office I have very little control over the information I can get from them. If you have a problem with a delivery please check with your local post office since they'll have the most updated information.
