About this Product
This natural oval Charoite 14k gold filled pendant is of the highest quality, with beautiful swirls of different shades of purple and silver with a golden streak. I wrapped this pendant entirely out of 14k gold filled wire in a manner that extenuates the stones natural beauty instead of covering the stone. It measures 2.25 inches from the top of the bail to the bottom of the pendant and about .5 inches wide at the widest point. This is quite a statement piece!
Charoite is quite rare, found only in Russia and derives its name from the Chara River near where it is found. The colors range from bright lavender, violet, lilac, dark purple with swirls of other mineral colors ranging from black to orange.
In the metaphysical world, the unique purple color embodies the crown and heart chakras and has become a symbol of endurance in adversity. It is a stone of connection and is said to ease fears of ill-health.

What started as a hobby of polishing stones and making pendants as gifts for friends and family as a child grew into a full business after hearing the compliments and receiving requests for pieces made for those who saw the pieces I had made. My designs are self-taught designs mainly through trial and error until they please the eye and complement the stone without overshadowing the natural beauty of the stone.
