This is a 15oz ceramic coffee mug. The design has been sublimated on. It will not wash off. The mugs I use to make my mugs are high quality and dishwasher safe.
Krampus is a monstrous, half-goat, half-demon figure from Alpine folklore who punishes naughty children during the Christmas season. As a devilish companion to the benevolent Saint Nicholas, Krampus acts as the anti-Santa, delivering retribution instead of gifts. Key characteristics of Krampus include: Appearance: He is typically hairy, with sharp horns, fangs, and a long, pointed tongue. He often has one human-like foot and one cloven hoof. Equipment: He carries chains with bells that he thrashes for dramatic effect, as well as a bundle of birch sticks to swat misbehaving children. The worst offenders risk being stuffed into his sack or basket and carried off to his lair or to hell. The legend is celebrated on Krampusnacht (Krampus Night), which takes place on the evening of December 5th, the night before the Feast of St. Nicholas. This ancient pagan tradition was absorbed into Christian holiday customs during the Middle Ages and continues today in parts of Europe, particularly Austria and Germany, with celebratory "Krampus runs"

If you receive something and you don't like it, unless it is personalized, just send it back to me in the original condition, and i will refund your money. You will be responsible for postage in this case. But again, message me and we can chat about it. If you order something personalized, and you are not happy, contact me and we can chat about it. I usually make personalized sales final, but let me know the issue and maybe i can resolve it. If something is broken when it arrives, contact me. Seriously, if you have any issue, lets just chat and see what we can do to fix it. Your are extremely important to me. I will always do my best to help. I do have another shop on another platform and so i know that issues can occasionally arise. I have always taken care of my customers and always will.
