Meet the Maker
I started making cute office supplies to brighten our bulletin boards. I work in the PT department of a special needs school and we have lots of fun decorations around our PT Gym but the bulletin board with schedules and equipment notes looked so drab. Having cute push pins made it much more fun for everyone!
I'm always happy to see how people use my push pins! I really enjoy seeing pictures of your work areas. I also love hearing the stories of who is getting the push pins or what the occasions are. I've heard so many creative ways to use them and unique displays. Check out my reviews to check out customer's pictures. I hope you'll add yours, too!
If you would like to mix and match your own push pin set, please let me know! I do my best to mix up some of the push pins, but if there is a combination you'd like better I'll be happy to put it together.

Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

North America: 1-2 business days
I accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
I don't accept cancellations

Answering messages/emails
I try to answer all convos/emails in a timely manner. I have a day job so I am often not available in the middle of the day.
Shipping
I mail items the next business day.
I offer free First Class Shipping in my shop. I have found First Class to be the best and quickest shipping option available for my products.
USPS says it should take 3 business days to arrive. This is not a guarantee, but the usual time it takes to ship. When estimating the time of arrival, please remember that I mail the packages the day after I receive the order.
Expect longer shipping times during inclement weather and the holiday season.
