Our handmade truffles in bite size! We have labels for Valentine's Day, Easter, Birthday, Happy Anniversary, Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, Happy Kwanza, and Feliz Navidad or any special occasion you want to celebrate. Please leave a note in the note to seller box with the label you want. If one is not chosen, we will use an Aldermans Label.
Our 15 Piece box assorted Delicious Flavors May include:
Amaretto, Milk and/or Dark, Buttered Rum, Black Cherry, Bourbon, Blueberry, Blackberry, Blue Raspberry Cream, Cherry, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Coconut Almond, Creme De Menthe, Cappuccino, English Toffee, Egg Nog (seasonal), Hazelnut, Irish Cream, Keylime, Lavender, Lemon Cream, Mint, Maple Cream, Maple Bacon, Macadamia Nut, Mango Cream, Mocha, Orange Cream, Peanut Butter, Pecan, Peach Cream, Pistachio, Raspberry, Strawberry, Strawberry Cheesecake, Wintergreen. There is no alcohol in our truffles, they are just flavored with non-alcoholic flavorings.
Due to the volume of truffle orders we are blessed with, we simply cannot allow customers to pick and choose each flavor for their box. However, if there are flavors that you absolutely do not enjoy, please leave us a note with your order and we will omit those flavors. Thank you for your understanding!
*If you live in climates over 65 degrees, your chocolate will melt without a cold pack. I can be found in our listings. We cannot be held responsible for melted products if you chose to not purchase any cold packs.
*With warm weather we will ship Monday - Wednesday unless you put in a special request for Thursday/Friday shipping (please message us or leave request in comment section). Our goal is to make sure that no chocolate is sitting in a hot warehouse waiting for delivery.

Meet the Maker
My name is Darcee Alderman. I am a Chocolatier who currently lives in Vermont with my husband of 26 years, 2 kids (2 have since grown up and moved away), 2 dogs and 2 cats. We have a brick and mortar store attached to our home. I have always had a creative flair and used to make custom wedding cakes and other specialty cakes but after purchasing a convenience store, I just didn't have the time. We have since closed our convenience store and now I solely work with chocolate. Which was the best decision ever!! I never feel like i'm going to work because I absolutely love working with chocolate. In my spare time and the weather permits, my husband and I are avid motorcyclists. We own ADV bikes and last year rode from Vermont to Florida a back to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We have many more trips we look forward to making. Life is short, enjoy everything you can!!
How it’s Made
Our Truffles are a multi-step process. We use colored cocoa butter to get our amazing marble, or galaxy themed Truffles. Each color combination denotes the flavor. Each box of truffles will come with a key code which will allow you to know what the flavor of your truffle is before you bite in. Our truffles are completely hand made. We physically hand paint our truffle molds before we add the tempered chocolate to make the shell. We make the ganache and cream here in our shop. and after to add the cream or ganache we top the truffle with more tempered chocolate. Our chocolate is courveture chocolate, meaning there is no palm kernel oil in our chocolate. You are getting high end courveture chocolate with cocoa butter in your order. You can buy with confidence that you are getting top quality, hand made chocolates.
