Return & Exchange Policy
Once a custom order is placed all sales are final and cannot be changed, refunded or cancelled. We do not accept returns. Once your order is made and shipped it is yours to keep or re-gift. Please take careful care in ordering your correct size when it comes to bracelets, rings and any sizable jewelry.
** Earrings are not eligible for return due to safety and hygiene reasons. No exceptions.
Exchanges may be accepted case by case. If accepted, customer pays for shipping to and from our jewelry craft studio. Jewelry must be sent to us in unused/new condition in its original packaging within 14 days of your order delivery date. Personalized or "custom listing" items cannot be returned. No exceptions.
Time of Production & Shipping
Custom Personalization orders, allow up to 1 week for your order to ship.
All orders are shipped in a bubble envelope to ensure they stay safe on their journey to you. We aim to ship out all orders in 1-2 business days.
(During busy times such as Christmas, times may be extended.)
Delivery times listed above are only estimates and do not take into consideration delays due to holidays, customs clearance, weather etc.
Receiving your order
If your tracking number says that your package has arrived but you haven't received anything, we suggest doing the following:
*Verify the shipping address on your order that it's correct
*Look for an attempted delivery notice slip
*Double check your area in case it's stored in a hidden area
*Check to see if someone in your residence accepted it
*Allow an extra 1-2 days - in rare instances, orders have been
marked as delivered before actually arriving
We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we'll try our best to help you track down your package. In cases where your package was not delivered because of an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to reship your package.
Purchasing
Customer purchase and completion of payment indicates your understanding of the cancellation, shipping, return & custom order policies, as well as our product information outlined in our policies.
Inspection
Please inspect your items carefully immediately after receiving. Any damaged or missing items must be reported with-in 48 hours of delivery to receive replacements.
Care instructions
All plated metals tarnish and dull over time, even platinum. All plated metals will eventually wear - if your charms are plated, the plating will eventually, and inevitably, wear off. It is impossible to say how long it can take, as it varies person by person...it could be two weeks, two months or two years. It’s all reaction to body chemistry (stress and medication can even cause quicker wear). To slow tarnishing/wear avoid wearing your jewelry in swimming pools, showers, or hot tubs and always spray perfume or hair products before putting on your jewelry. Wipe and store your jewelry in an airtight bag or jewelers anti-tarnish pouch when not in use.
Lost/Stolen Packages
PLEASE NOTE: We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered. When selecting your shipping method at checkout, consider purchasing a shipping option that includes insurance, like USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express.
If your package has not arrived and you purchased priority shipping, please reach out to us so we can help track down your package.
If you have an unsecure mailbox or suspect theft in your area, we strongly suggest signature confirmation on receiving your package.
