How it’s Made
Creative Approach:
When i start making one of my dolls... there is no plan :)
i just start making. And wherever it takes me...I Go!
Techniques/Fabrication:
i start with the cat body shape. Then i paint the face and let it dry overnight.
Then i make it's limbs! The color of limbs then dictate the color palette.
i start to make the clothing and accessories which pretty much shapes
the look and personality of the doll!
Materials used:
Here is a list of some of the materials i use (on most but not all dolls):
Felt, Canvas, Denim, Flannel, Fleece, Poly-blend Fabric (that i have repurposed),
Lace, Buttons, Sequins, Beads, Pillow Batting, Acrylic Paint, Fabric Paint.
Time to Make:
Gosh more hours than i should. i tell my family how long
it takes to make one and their eyes bug out. lol
