This listing includes a bustle with attached ruffle petticoat, skirt, and bodice. Extra layers, sections, ruffles or other embellishments are extra. Contact me for a quote. Each of these pictures has a different price depending on fabric, style, and details.

Sheila is the owner, shop manager, and head draper (pattern maker). Six other talented artisans cut, sew, fit, and build incredible creations. We all have college level education and decades of experience making costumes. These are not cheap Halloween costumes made in a factory. Your costume will not be made by a mom in her craft room! How it’s Made
All our creations are handmade in our pet free, smoke free professional costume shop. Our skilled artisans have decades of experience, and we are paid a fair wage in the US. Visit our shop in St Paul, MN for a fitting, or to see what we have in stock.
We love custom orders. We make our patterns from scratch, and we embrace all body types, including cis men, plus sizes, and children.
Shop Policies
Ready made items can be returned for a refund with no extra charges. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Custom orders cannot be refunded, but we offer free alterations to be sure you get the best possible fit.
