Custom and personalized orders
Customizations are included and Free within reason. Included are 2 revisions, basic graphics and 15 minutes of designer time. If you need extensive customizations you may be asked to contribute to the designer fees of $20 per 15 minutes.
Sizing details
All of our blocks are 2 inches by 2 inches. About the size of a Christmas ornament. We have found this to be the perfect size to hold in the hand.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We offer Gift Boxes as an optional upgrade.
Wholesale availability
We do have a discounted or wholesale or bulk option. Many of our customers like to send business gifts to New Families. We can include your Company Logo or Military Patch on the block as well. Minimum annual purchases required for discount pricing.

Can be cleaned with a baby wipe or damp paper towel with water.
Returns
As these are one of a kind personalized items returns are not possible. If we make a mistake we will happily send a free replacement. If you make a mistake we will ask you to pay shipping costs of $7 for a replacement.
