This is the symptom tracker you have been waiting for. -With this journal you can track and manage your food intake, what time you took your medication, sleep quality, steps, and symptoms.
-The notes version has a specific area to put additional notes that do not fit anywhere else.
-In the back of the book you can organize your test results and doctors’ information.

**Because this is a handmade item it is not perfect. Unevenness and warping are possible, although I try my best to avoid this. This does not impact the functionality of the book. Colors and position of the pattern may vary slightly.
-Some fabrics may have been scaled down to show different aspects of large prints.

How it’s Made

Each journal is printed in my home, and then sewn and glued by hand. Covers are built and added by hand. All of these steps with drying time take a minimum of 1 week.

All journals are made by someone with a chronic illness.
