Starbase 79

Meet the Maker
My name is Larry Miller and I have been cultivating my passion in illustration and design since 1984. When I first started the Starbase 79 brand back in 1984 I was a commercial illustrator and was commissioned to create blueprints, technical manuals and artwork for such movies as Star Trek III, 2010: The Year We Make Contact and television shows such as Babylon 5, Star Trek: The Next Generation, Space 1999 and Battlestar Galactica (this was in addition to my day job as a Mechanical Engineer). I have had numerous books published, such as the Federation Technological Survey, Galaxy Class Officers Manual and the revised TOS Officers Manual. These works were sold through catalog houses like Intergalactic Trading and New Eye Studio and conventions throughout the country. I have always gone where the fans take me, and about twenty years ago I started designing and printing fantasy parking decals based on fan input. That, and stickers, have become my most popular items. I will offer selected items through the Goimagine store and hope that you will give me feedback, and maybe suggestions for new items. I retired a couple years ago and this is now my hobby.

How it’s Made
These stickers are printed on white vinyl sheet.
