Shop Policies
Thank you for choosing JM Pro Woodworks as your woodworking company of choice. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our services:
- Services: JM Pro Woodworks provides custom woodworking services, including the design and fabrication of wood flags, home décor items, and other wood-based products. By placing an order with us, you agree to pay the agreed-upon price for the services provided.
- Processing Time: Please note that every purchase is customized and made to order, therefore, we kindly ask for your patience in allowing us 7-10 business days to create your item before shipping it out. However, if you require the item sooner, please feel free to send an email to jmprowoodworks@gmail.com so we can assess the possibility of expediting the process for you.
- Payment: For custom orders not listed A deposit of 50% of the total order price is required to begin work on your project, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. We accept cash, check, or credit/debit cards.
- Changes and Cancellations: Any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of the order being placed. After that time, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made or that a refund will be issued.
- Delivery and Shipping: We offer local delivery of finished products within a specified radius of our workshop, as well as shipping for an additional fee. Shipping fees vary depending on the size and weight of the item(s) and the shipping destination. JM Pro Woodworks is not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping.
- Warranty and Returns: We take pride in the quality of our work and stand behind it. If you are not satisfied with your finished product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it to discuss a resolution. Returns are not accepted for custom orders or products that have been altered in any way after delivery.
- Liability: JM Pro Woodworks is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur as a result of the use of our products.
