This is a completed ready to ship tumbler. Personalization can be added for $5.00. If personalization is desired, please check the appropriate box and fill in the personalization text box. Personalization will be created and sent to you for approval. Please be advised that personalization of any tumbler will at 3 weeks of production time (may be sooner depending on pending orders). All of my tumblers are handmade and although I have worked hard to make each one perfect, some color variations and imperfections can occur.
Tumbler Care Instructions: -Hand Wash Only -Dry Immediately -Do Not Soak -Not Microwave Safe -Not Dishwasher Safe. Please handle with care. Dropping this tumbler may cause it to crack. This tumbler has a TOXIC-FREE, lightweight coating that will continue to harden over the first 30 days. Please be sure to follow all care instructions to ensure a long life for your tumbler.

Meet the Maker
My name is Isaura and I am the crafter behind Izzy's Glitzy Vessels. I am so excited to be able to share my crafts with those around me. My tumbler making journey started when I was gifted a turner. Ever since then I have dove in and started creating custom tumblers for friends and family. Since then I have expanded to also creating pens, clipboards, keychains and earrings.

BY COMPLETING PAYMENT YOU ARE AGREEING THAT YOU HAVE READ ALL OF INFORMATION LISTED BELOW AND AGREE TO MY POLICES, AND CONDITIONS.
-Buyers will pay in FULL at the time of purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS. Production will not start unless the order is paid in full. An order can ONLY be cancelled if I have not started work on your custom piece and must be within 24 hours of when the invoice was paid.

-My creations are custom, original, and unique. It is impossible to make an identical item or an exact replica of another artist’s work. My creations may contain variations in colors, styles, and technique as these are unique to every crafter. Pictures of the process can be sent to the buyer IF REQUESTED prior to moving to the next step. Once given the OK to proceed to the next step, this cannot be reversed or changed.
Glitter gets EVERYWHERE! It's a part of me! There may be a teeny tiny random speck of glitter on your cup that migrated from myself or another project. I strive for perfection but I am human and that is impossible as everything is made by hand. What I can guarantee is a cup that is as close to perfect as I can get. I do not let anything leave my craft room that I am not proud of! I ask that you find beauty in the different variations and imperfections of your cup. They are all unique and one of kind just like us.

-All items are custom made, by hand, for each order. I DO NOT accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations except for the small window of time listed above. However, if there is a problem with your item please contact me and we can work on a solution.
It is important to note that the cups and lids ARE NOT leak proof. They must be handled upright to prevent any leakage.
Handle your personalized tumbler with care and FLOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE CARE CARD. The finish on my tumblers is durable but not indestructible. I am not responsible for cups that are dropped, placed in the freezer, microwave, left in a hot car, left to soak in water, put in a dishwasher, or any other situations that may compromise the integrity of the cup. Please handle with care!

Shipping: All items are sent via USPS Priority Mail. You can request USPS Priority Mail Express at an extra cost. Items come with insurance and tracking information.
Please note the estimated date of arrival is just an estimate. Once I have physically shipped your item it is no longer under my control.

-Shipping and processing/turn-around time are NOT the same thing. Items have a processing time of approximately 3-5 weeks depending on the amount of orders I am currently working on. Once the item is completed and ready to ship or pick up you will be notified and given a tracking number or a pick up/drop off date, place, and time will be made.
PLEASE NOTE: DURING THESE UNPRECEDENTED TIMES ALL MAIL CARRIER SERVICES ARE DEALING WITH CHRISTMAS LEVEL VOLUME. THIS MAY CAUSE FURTHER DELAYS THAT ARE OUT OF MY CONTROL ONCE THE PACKAGE HAS LEFT MY HANDS.
Damages: If an item is damaged in the shipping process please take pictures of the box and the cup and send them to me within 24 hours of the delivery. I will then contact USPS.
