WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU WHEN ORDERING: -- You can upload an an image during the purchase process or you can send us an image to our email; troy@bluelinecustomgifts.com -- Images with lots of contrast and high density (300 DPI) will translate the best when engraved. -- Backgrounds are typically removed - if you would like your background to remain, please let us know. It can be kept as 2D or 3D for an additional charge.
Note: Returns are not accepted due to personalization, but if items are damaged in shipping, we'll gladly remake them if you supply a photo of the broken item!
