This is a CHALLENGING, fun 57 Chevy Bel Air Car 3D puzzle. Wooden MDF 57 Chevy Bel Air car puzzle comes disassembled. It is precision cut on laser cutter. 3D car puzzle is made from "bare" 3mm MDF wood board. While assembling the puzzle you may need to hold parts in place with rubber bands or like item. Car puzzle needs glue, i.e. good ole Elmers, in order to stay put together permanently. The wheels on the car turn so that it can be "played with" once assembled and glued. It is a great puzzle for the entire family to enjoy! Bel Air puzzle can be glued for a "permanent" toy or décor. MDF wood board can be sanded and or painted allowing you to decorate any way you choose!
The discolorations are "burn marks" from laser cutting. They can be removed by lightly sanding or painting over them or left alone to add character! Laser cutting either melts, burns, vaporizes or is blown away by a jet of gas. Depending on the material, this process can create some potent odors. NOT TO WORRY, the odor dissipates!
If you lose, misplace, break, want additional parts (or whatever!) we can help you out! For the cost of shipping, we will send needed additional pieces. If pieces are missing or broken from shipping please let us know. Sometimes "things" happen!

The MDF used in our products is CARB Certified and TSCA Title IV.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns and or exchanges on MOST of our items. You will be informed of items that are non-returnable or exchangeable. We want you to LOVE your selection. We strive for excellent customer service and a delightful shopping experience. We do our best to give full disclosure on all our items and describe them as we see it! However, we are not perfect and may “see” something differently than you! For that reason and any other reason if you are not satisfied with an item, return it.
You must contact us before returning a purchase to let us know that you wish to return a product. Returns MUST be received within 10 days of purchase in original condition, unused and or unworn. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please insure your package! We are NOT responsible for “misguided” packages. Buyer is responsible for postage both ways. Postage will not be refunded unless the error is ours. Please note – if the original order was purchased using free shipping the refund will be less our cost for shipping it to you and buyer is responsible for return shipping.
