Soft Christmas bubble sailor hair bows made out of neoprene fabric. They can be attached to an alligator clip or to a soft nylon headband. Approximately 4.5” in width x 4.5 " L.

Hair bows are made using neoprene fabric, glue, alligator clip or soft headband. They are made at my home-based shop.
