As with all handmade items, slight imperfections/variations may occur. We do not accept returns unless a mistake has been made on our end, but if you have any problems or issues, please reach out to us and we will try our best to assist you.
These are made to order.
Hand wash recommended to preserve the engraved design. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scrubbers, as they may damage the surface. Not suitable for microwave use.

What started as a hobby and now is blooming to a small business. Bought a small laser to originally make gifts which has grown into buying a bigger laser to keep up. Now just sharing some of my items with many more to come.
How it’s Made
Pick a design and do any adjustments to the design in software. That may be adding images or names that are in addition to the images.
Load the on the rotary. Fix settings in software to write to the laser. Send file to the laser.
Watch the laser engrave the image/images on to a tumbler.
After it's laser engraved clean with dawn and sponge.

Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at randtpieces@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [549 East F St, Jenks OK, 74037] If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at randtpieces@gmail.com.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at ryanscustometch@gmail.com
Shipping Policy Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
Orders are generally processed within 72 hours (Monday-Friday) using USPS. This can change from day to day depending on current order volume and/or holidays. Any change will be updated in the announcement area of the shop and on each item. Processing time means this is the time it will take after receiving your order to make and/or engrave your purchase.
USPS delivery standard is 2-8 business days. USPS Ground Advantage is 2-3 business days.
We cannot make changes to the address after your purchase. Please confirm your address is correct.
*In the event you receive a damaged item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email a photo of the damaged item along with a description of the damage. Replacement is at the discretion of the seller.
