We are a small, soft plastics manufacturer based in Anacoco, Louisiana. We are avid kayak anglers and make baits for both fresh and saltwater. Our 5 inch "Big Phatty", 3.5 inch "L'il Phatty", and our "Louisiana Skrimp Tail" are all original, in house designs, that are not available anywhere else. How it’s Made
All of our baits are 100% hand injected. We heat the plastic to 350 degrees then inject it into our molds. When the plastic cools it solidifies into the shape of whatever bait mold we are using. We then remove the baits from the molds and hang them to cure for 24-48 hours before packaging and shipping.
