Celebrate the fall and Thanksgiving by offering these wonderful little turkey shaped solid chocolate lollipops. Individually wrapped in a clear bag and finished off with an orange or red ribbon. You will receive 6 individually wrapped lollipops with your order. We have milk or dark available.

My little chocolate business started in March of 2017 by making just 2 truffles. My husband and I owned a small Mom and Pop convenience store in Vermont and I decided one day to try and add something fun to the store. Here we are 7 years later and working solely with chocolate. The building is still here, but it is dedicated completely to chocolate! I tell our 4 daughters that never give up on finding what you true calling is. If you are not passionate about it, then look for something that gets you out of bed in the morning excited for all the possibilities that lie ahead of you. Our business was driven by our customers ideas and excitement. I love to hear new ideas that people have. This is why I love my job!! I encourage people to reach out with something they would love to see made. You never know when the next amazing creation is going to take place!

Meet the Maker

My name is Darcee Alderman. I am a Chocolatier who currently lives in Vermont with my husband of 26 years, 2 kids (2 have since grown up and moved away), 2 dogs and 2 cats. We have a brick and mortar store attached to our home. I have always had a creative flair and used to make custom wedding cakes and other specialty cakes but after purchasing a convenience store, I just didn't have the time. We have since closed our convenience store and now I solely work with chocolate. Which was the best decision ever!! I never feel like i'm going to work because I absolutely love working with chocolate. In my spare time and the weather permits, my husband and I are avid motorcyclists. We own ADV bikes and last year rode from Vermont to Florida a back to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We have many more trips we look forward to making. Life is short, enjoy everything you can!!

How it’s Made

We use our delicious courveture chocolate, hand tempered and poured into our turkey molds. Once set, we hand wrap each turkey in orange foil. Placed in a clear bag with a ribbon. Our turkeys are not machine made!

I unfortunately am legally not allowed to accept returns. However, if I mail you something that is not what you ordered, I will give you the option for a refund or to ship the correct item. Its rare but I am human and do occasionally make mistakes. Please be sure to read the descriptions thoroughly before placing your order. My items are all hand made by me so please allow me 3 to 5 days from the time you place your order to the time I ship. If you have any questions, at all, please don't hesitate to reach out. THESE TRUFFLES WERE AMAZING! I ordered as a gift, but was so happy when the recipient shared. Unique flavors, and they all tasted amazing. The unexpected winner was the Keylime. Will be back for more!
