To measure your wrist size, wrap a piece of string or cut a slip of paper and wrap around the part of your wrist you want the bracelet to sit. Mark where the string or paper meets and lay against a ruler. This measurement is your wrist size, then add one of the below measurements to get your bracelet size:-
Add 0.5 Inch for a snug fit
Add 0.75 Inch for an average fit
Add 1 Inch for a loose fit

The amulets I create serve as a reminder of our true authentic nature & are a guide for us to manifest & harness the power that already resides within us to co-create our reality.

Shop Policies
SHIPPING POLICY
Pieces at Blackbird & Sage Studio are handcrafted in Santa Fe, some are made to order. Below are some of the current processing times before the piece is ready to ship.
Ready Made items ship out in 1 - 3 business days - these include most necklaces, beaded bracelets, ready made and ready to ship rings, & key chains.
Made to Order items ship in about a week - these are most rings, & some earrings & necklaces.
Some Pieces are more labor intensive and require a longer production time - they generally ship out in 7 - 14 days but check the listing for specific processing and shipping dates.
Processing times are generally listed in each item description.
All orders will be shipped with an accompanying tracking number.
DOMESTIC (US) ORDERS
Free Shipping - Orders over $35 are sent USPS First Class Ground Advantage at no charge.
Shipping - Orders under $35 are charged by weight. Methods and rates vary and chosen by the customer at checkout.
Upgraded Shipping - Available at checkout. Rates are automatically calculated by the shipping carrier so you are never overcharged for shipping.
ORDERS & ADDRESSES
All orders are shipped to the address that you provide. Please verify your address carefully during checkout.
For those instances where a purchase has been made but the shipping address is incorrect, please send a message to info@blackbirdandsagestudio.com or through goimagine's message system ASAP. For your protection, your order will be cancelled and refunded so that you can reorder with the correct address.
REFUND POLICY
The jewelry at Blackbird & Sage Studio is completely handmade, created by hand by one designer, using self taught metalsmithing techniques & raw & natural crystals. All pieces are loving crafted in a home studio with high vibration & intention. Please view the jewelry with the same intention that it was made. Any discrepancies are most likely features that show the handmade nature & uniqueness of the jewelry & the crystals rather than mistakes or flaws.
That being said, if you don't love your jewelry, & you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for an exchange or refund.
Due to hygiene reasons, earring sales are final, they are not eligible for returns. Repairs are accepted, message us if you need earring repair, or if you have a problem with your order.
Once a return/exchange request has been initiated & approved, please ship back within 30 days of receipt with an applicable tracking number. We do not offer free returns.
Jewelry must be in its original condition for a full refund. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
**ALL unauthorized returns will be subject to a 25% restock fee. So please contact us first to initiate the return process**
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
Email info@blackbirdandsagestudio.com or message us through goimagine, stating you would like to exchange or return the item and include your order number.
Whenever possible, use the original packaging & return the item in its original condition.
Once your return is received and inspected and is approved, then your refund will be processed.
Your credit (minus the return shipping fee) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 - 10 business days of the package's return.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is also responsible for any loss in value.
Conditions of Return:
Returned items must be returned unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original product packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear and use
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If not in original condition up to 25% restock fee may be applied dependent on the amount of wear and tear on the piece.
Exceptions:
Clearance/On Sale items & Mystery Boxes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
Any Custom Sizes, Custom Orders & Gift cards
All earrings - due to sanitary reasons
There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any item that is returned of your own cognizance without any prior communication with me.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately discounted or sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
I will replace items if they are defective or damaged in any way. I also offer a one time size exchange if you find you buy a piece that does not fit perfectly.
Late or missing refunds
Depending on your bank it may take up to 7 - 10 business days for your refund. If you haven’t received a refund yet:
First check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please note:
As skin discoloration (skin turning "green") is a risk in wearing copper and it is a completely natural process, no refunds will be given for such occurrences - no exceptions. Skin discoloration is not due to poor quality, it is a natural occurrence that some people experience while wearing copper. To help you further understand copper, please read the shop section on Copper Care located at https://blackbirdandsagestudio.com/pages/copper-care-tips. The easiest remedy for skin discoloration is to apply clear nail polish on the inside of the band/pendant, this will create a barrier between the copper and your skin to stop your oil and sweat reacting with the copper and forming the green salts.
REPAIRS
Blackbird & Sage Studio jewelry is made with the intention to last. Therefore, if you require any repairs on any piece due to failure of components or natural wear & tear then contact the store to discuss.
