This stunning clock is a perfect fit and quite the conversation piece. The gorgeous ombre pattern, which utilizes the patina of both new and old pennies, is stunning and simply GLOWS. By using pennies from up to 12 significant years (such as birth years, anniversary years, etc.) this clock can memorialize a life, a union, or any significant event. Approximately 50% of the coins will be in the specified years, all the the "head up" position showing the year. All filler coins which are used to help create the ombre pattern will be "tail up".
Celebration Clocks are a perfect and sentimental gift for many occasions. Following are just a few examples.....
Anniversary - birth years of the couple, their children and marriage year.
Family Memorial - birth years of all family members including grandparents, parents and children.
Blended Family- birth years of the couple and the children on both sides, and marriage year.

Meet the Maker
Welcome to FunCoolWallClocks! I'm a small, one-woman shop in Fort Mill, SC. Everything from design to woodworking and the hand-crafting of each order is done in my home-based business. I spend my days covered in sawdust, glue and paint splatter and I love every minute of it. I have been an artist for as long as I can remember. I was always drawing as a kid and took as many high school art classes as possible. I graduated from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh in 1986 with a degree in Visual Communications and Graphic Design. After working in advertising and graphic design firms for 9 years, I took a break to begin a family and never looked back. Advertising just wasn't my "thing”. When my (now adult) children were in preschool, I began doing pencil renderings of homes. It started as gifts for friends but then quickly progressed into drawing by commission. While I still love to draw occasionally, sitting hunched over a drafting table for hours and days at a time is hard on my body. As a way to balance myself physically and pursue other creative outlets, I began designing artistic clocks in 2014. My father was a wood worker and built traditional pendulum clocks for many years. While I did not consciously set out to follow in his footsteps, that is exactly what I ended up doing. Although my designs are very different from his, my clock-making has become a great connection between the two of us and I enjoy receiving his advice. How it’s Made
Coins are thoroughly cleaned and culled prior to construction. All pieces are carefully handcrafted by artist Denah Clark in her studio in South Carolina.

Processing times
Processing times vary per item. In general, ready-to-ship items ship in 1-2 days. (This is occasionally extended when the artist is away from the studio for a few days.) Custom orders will generally take 2-4 weeks, depending on the particulars of the project.
Ready-to ship items - 14 day return policy
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. A 20% restocking fee will be retained by seller.
