Meet the Maker
Howdy Y'all! Welcome to the little pyrography shop at Wild West Wood Burning. Where I try to meet the expectations and needs of my customers to the fullest and best of my ability. I create different, HAND BURNED, works of art on different textures and shapes of wood. No machinery is used, other than my pyrography pens and glue gun. Also, a tiny addition that may set my works of art aside from the rest, is that I add miniatures or 3D objects onto most, if not all, of my pieces.
So let me introduce myself: My name is Amber and I'm located in Buckeye, Arizona. In the daytime, I am a wife and mother to 4 beautiful children. I have been a mail carrier here in the state of Arizona for the past 15 years and still counting LOL! In the afternoons, I spend time on my hobby....pyrography. I enjoy creating premade works of art, but will I be planning on opening up custom orders here soon in the future. All wood products are purchased new, no old or refurbished wood is used.

- Quality: The notebook cover is made of plywood, thin enough to be flexible and also tough enough to be durable. Perfect for toting around in a purse or bag. It features a strong twin-wire binding, blank inner pages, and high-quality paper.
- The notebook is ideal for students and adults. Can be used as a sketchbook, journal, notebook, memo pad, work record, study note, diary notebook, and so on.
- Image: The image is transferred and traced by hand, and then burned by hand with a pyrography pen.

Wild West Wood Burning is based in Buckeye, Arizona and only ships to United States addresses.
Wild West Wood Burning usually ships within 2-3 business days after payment is processed and received.
I will send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you do not receive an email with the tracking number within 2-3 days after your order has processed, please check your Spam folder and contact me if you are unable to locate the email.
Click the tracking number link in your email and opt to receive text or email updates from the carrier on your shipped package. If you are not going to be at the delivery location when your package should arrive, please make other arrangements to receive the package. Wild West Wood Burning cannot reimburse orders that were misdelivered, missing, or stolen after delivery.
Satisfaction:
I want you to be happy with your purchase, but ALL sales are final unless the product is damaged in transit. Please contact me for a return authorization, along with visual proof before requesting any refund or returning the product. Any free gifts sent with the original purchase must also be returned. Returns must be insured, and are sent at the returner's expense. Refunds are issued (less original actual shipping costs and any banking fees) when I receive the returned items. Custom-ordered artwork cannot be returned.
Privacy:
I do not give, rent, or sell any customer information or email lists to third-party vendors. Only GoImagine (our website host), Stripe (our credit card processing company), or PayPal (for payments using PayPal) will have access to your information for processing orders and payment, and to keep a record of purchased items for sales reporting. For orders entered through the website, Wild West Wood Burning does not have access to your credit card information and can only issue refunds. We cannot add items to your credit card.
