Adjustments
Bracelets are a set size Women 7 inches, Men 8 Inches and children 6 inches To request a size adjustment please contact Simply Classic Gems by E-mail, text, or by simply message us here from our site.
About our Bracelets
*Bracelets are made with stretchy elastic materials, are securely knotted and glued. *To prevent breakage, gently roll over the hand. Do not over stretch.
*To clean:
.Gently wipe clean with warm water
*Adding essential oils:
.Place diffusing jewelry on a towel and locate the diffusing stone (in most jewelry, black lava stone. If you need help locating it please contact us to help you.)
.Add one to two drops to your stone and let it sit for about 30 seconds.
.Wipe off
.Enjoy up to 24hrs
Repairs
Repairs If breakage occurs, collect all materials. Contact Simply Classic Gems to claim a repair. To be considered excepted for a free repair:

.Must have a receipt
.Must be willing to provide shipping cost (It is recommended to consider track shipping, Simply Classic Gems is not responsible for lost/delayed mail through the provider you choose)

RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within [14] days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at Simplyclassicgems@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in packaging and include your proof of purchase / the return form provided / other, and mail your return to the address given in the return email
*Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Simply Classic Gems is not responsible for lost/delayed mail through the provider you choose
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your [return] or [exchange]. Please allow at least [10] days from the receipt of your item to process your [return] or [exchange]. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
