I made these adorable little houses from a vintage "cutter" quilt. The 8X10 inch pillow is made from a vintage quilt top that someone never completed. I added a door and a window from new fabric and edged them both with black embroidery floss. Little flower shape buttons were added to the "flower garden". The back is a new fabric.
A limited, quantity is available in this quilt pattern.
I washed and aired dried the quilt before making these little houses.
Remember these houses are made from an old quilt. Imperfections are part of their charm. There will be worn spots and some not-so-perfect hand stitching.
They are made in a pet and smoke-free environment.

Welcome to my shop. I'm Kathy Conway, owner, designer, and creator of Morgansolen.
This one-of-a-kind clothing line and home decor accessories are very unique. Most items incorporate upcycled denim and/or vintage linens.
Coordinating just the right fabrics and trims used on these creations is an extra touch that makes this line so appealing.

Shop Policies
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Shipping is free. I use USPS Ground Advantage (which is the new First Class mail name)
I usually mail within 2 to 3 business days from the time of order. When the order is in the post office, the shipping time can vary from 3 to 7 days, depending on your location.
You can upgrade your mailing preference to Priority Mail if you need it sooner. It will cost you $14.00. Your package should arrive in 2-3 days.
No matter which option you choose, Free shipping or Priority mail, when it is mailed and it leaves my hands I cannot guarantee delivery time.
Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of purchase.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition. Please, get in touch with me before returning any item.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Do you do custom orders?
I'm sorry, I do not do custom or personalized orders. Because I use recycled denim and vintage fabrics I am at the mercy of what is readily available.
What sizes do you carry?
My sizes range from infants to 6 years. I use the manufacturer's size for recycled jeans, overalls, or jackets. Unfortunately, not all sizing runs the same. Please check the measurements listed with each description, if possible.
My package is marked delivered by the post office, but I don't have it! Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, if the post office marks the package as delivered, I have to take that as proof of delivery, and refunds will not be available unless a police report for stolen mail is filed. It's the customer's responsibility to provide a secure delivery location.
Can you rush my order or do overnight delivery?
I do not do overnight mail it is expensive and I cannot guarantee delivery times since that's out of my control. If you need something fast please contact me before placing the order.
