About this Product
This pendant took me a week to make.
The center stone is a man-made piece in a group called fordite.
Fordite comes from leftover paint in the manufacturing industry when layers and layers build up and turn into brick. People have taken those bricks and cut them into nice cabochons.
This one in particular comes from a guy who paints guitars, so it could be called guitarite.
This stone is held in by sterling silver and 14k gold-filled wire. This wore has been coiled, cut, woven, and hammered into shape.
Finally, there are the amethyst accents held in by 3 prong settings.
This is shown on our 17 inch stainless steel curb necklace.
If you need it longer, please let me know before purchasing I have some curb chain that might work for this, or I'll swap it out for a longer box chain.
If you have any questions, please ask before purchasing.
This item will be sent in a nice little gift box ????

Meet the Maker
Hi,
my name is Sarah and I am an ex-racecar driver from northeast Ohio.
I make chainmail and wire wrap jewelry in my Richfield Ohio storefront.
I opened my store on September 15th, 2022 and I quit my day job to run it full-time last year.
Our latest addition has been our sister company Pure Glow LLC, (my mother's company started in February) who make our pure beeswax candles with beeswax sourced from local hives in the northeast Ohio area.
We as a family work very hard to keep the gift shop going and to put smiles on the faces of everyone in our community and hopefully here on this new platform too!
We do all kinds of custom work, feel free to ask about it any time!

How it’s Made
I found this stone at my local gem show and I got a picture in my head right away.
I had to form the base and hammer out the wires flat so everything would lay nice.
Once everything was in place I coiled wires and pinched everything down into place.
This project took me a week to make in my Richfield Ohio store front.
