Autumn Symphony is an original, handmade vibrant 12"x16" abstract landscape painting. This painting features a rocky mountain portrayed under a partly cloudy sky. The foreground displays lush greenery and dense foliage created with shades of yellows and greens. The midground is abundant, with a range of warm colors including burnt sienna, yellow, dark green and Payne's gray. The sky is light blue, with wispy clouds, creating a sense of movement. This painting portrays a sense of movement and dynamic energy through the use of broad brushstrokes and palette knives.

Meet the Maker
My name is Camille Goscicki, and I'm from Sterling Heights, Michigan (Metro Detroit area). When I retired in 2021, I wasn't sure what to do with the next chapter in my life. As I sat on the couch, attempting to watch daytime television, I had a revelation. A few revelations, actually. One: I hate daytime television. Two: Napping is overrated. Three: Eureka! I needed to stir up my brain cells and I couldn't do that just sitting around!
Flashback to my childhood: I loved to draw and paint. I was no child genius, mind you. But it was a fun pastime. Eureka! I thought to myself. I'll take art lessons! And that, my friends, is why I'm here today, and my hands are often colorful, along with my clothes.
After stuttering along for awhile, I finally discovered that I love creating with acrylic paints (and other media, such as India inks, acrylic inks, and spray inks). That has been my focus for the last 18 months. It's been wonderful, (and challenging) to learn new skills and find my own voice. Other than art, i enjoy reading, exercising for brain and body fitness and discovering new music through Spotify.
I live with my husband of 39 years, and we have an adult married daughter who lives in Frankfurt, Germany with her husband and our grand-cat, Rocky.
How it’s Made
Underpainting with unbleached titanium, white, and lemon-yellow acrylic paint
Sky painted with light blue violet and titanium white.
Used palette knife to create foreground with sap green, cadmium yellow light, unbleached titanium, and white.
Created midground using large round brush and palette knife, using burnt sienna, sap green, cadmium yellow light, unbleached titanium, Payne’s gray.
Painted mountain in background using wash of Payne’s gray, unbleached titanium, and white.
Used scumbling technique with flat brush to add wispy clouds.
Let all layers dry before painting next layer.

It will take 1 to 3 business days for me to pack and ship your purchase (drop off at UPS) UPS Ground shipping takes 1 to 5 days to deliver to your residence. The package will be shipped to the name and address indicated on the order.

My goal is that you will be completely happy with your purchase, so every order and sale is handled with care, clarity, and transparency.
If you decide you don't want the purchased artwork, you have seven (7) business days from the date of delivery to return the item back to me in original condition and I’ll be happy to provide a full refund.

Unless otherwise indicated:
Paintings on canvas panels come framed in black frames, without a glass covering
Paintings on watercolor or acrylic paper come framed in a simple black frame, with 2" matting.
