About this Product
This one just came out so cute! Balloon Clown pants have elastic at the ankles and waist. Shirt has elastic at the wrists and the double ruffle is attached to the neck of the shirt. The shirt ties at the back of the neck to help for fit. Colorful bow is included and can be pinned into the hair with bobby pins. Costume is made in various cotton blend fabrics. Waist measures at 22.25 inches, and is elastic and can stretch a little. Pants have a 21 inch out seam, but are meat to be worn high on the waist above the bellybutton, and also have elastic on the ankles, that can help if these are a little long. Sleeves are 14.5 inches long, and also have elastic on the wrists that can help with fit. It's ok for this to look oversized, because it;s a clown. Please be sure of measurements as there are no returns. Please let me know if there are any questions.
