Shop Policies
Shipping/Processing Time:
Our normal processing time for items with personalization is 1-3 business days once your order has been placed. I do send a confirmation email with each order notifying you with the expected ship date. Ready to ship items are mailed same day or next business day. I ship using USPS Ground Advantage with tracking.
Care:
I use Dreft laundry detergent to pre-wash the cloth diapers before adding the machine embroidery. All other fabrics used in our gift sets have not been pre washed. To minimize shrinkage wash in cold water on the delicate cycle and tumble dry on low. A warm iron may be used on all our products.
Returns:
We accept returns within 7 days. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If an item is personalized, it can not be returned for a full refund unless it's a mistake on my part.
