This beautiful jacket will be one of a kind because the stars will be placed scattered differently. The one shown has the stars the color of the dresses on the back, but they can be done the color of each album as well.
Adult Jackets will be Old Navy brand.

CUSTOMIZATION
Please leave the name exactly as you want it stitched on the personalization area provided. Please MAKE SURE the name is spelled correctly. Due to the custom nature of this item, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, I am human and can make mistakes, so if the mistake is mine fault, I will gladly replace your item at no additional cost to you or refund your money.
TURNAROUND TIME
Orders are shipped out within 5-7 business days if I have the size jacket you need. If your size needs to be ordered, your order can take 10-12 business days, so order with time. Please note my shop is NOT responsible for transit time once I hand the package to the post office. The holidays are high transit times for the post office so order with plenty of time.
COLOR REPRESENTATION
Please note that all computer monitors, and phone screens are different and color representation might not be very accurate.
RUSH ORDER
If you need the order sooner, please contact me BEFORE ordering so we can work it out. A rush order fee will be required, and shipping upgrade might be required as well.

Meet the Maker
I have been a single mom for the past 15 years. I started my craft making tutus for little girls around that time as a hobby and it grew into a small side business, that helped me make ends meet. I upgraded into embroidery in 2021 as I had always been intrigued by it. I would watch videos every chance I got throughout the day to learn and, I decided to jump in the embroidery world and got my first multineedle machine.
Today, afters lots of learning, screaming, and crying through this huge learning curb, I can say I very much enjoy what I do. I was able to get a second multineedle machine this year, thanks to the supports of all my amazing customers. I still learn every day and with every job, but I very much enjoy creating art with a needle.
How it’s Made
This is a very special to my heart item. LOTS of hours go into making this jacket. The big back design takes a minimum of four hours to stitch out IF there are no hiccups along the way. Each star, name, and logo is hooped separatelly and made individually, which makes the process even longer. Overall this jacket from start to finish takes minimum 8 hours of work. I enjoy every hour I spend creating this beautiful jacket for my customers. Thank you in advance for your purchase, and please send pictures of you enjoying it.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?
An item can only be returned if:
The return is requested within 5 days after receipt
It's in perfect conditions
Has NOT been worn
It's not a custom ordder
Has an error in my part.
REFUND OPTION
No Refund Option. Unfortunately we do not offer any refunds on our items because of the time it takes to produce each item. However, we will gladly exchange the item for another and YOU will cover the shipping charges for the new item.
IF I NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM DO I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING?
YES, you have to cover the shipping for the return. We do not issue return lables or cover shipping for retun items unless there is an error in the garment on our part.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE GOT LOST?
We are NOT responsible for the package once it is given to the shipping company. All packages will have tracking number so if the package gets lost, you need to contact the carrier and have them track it or open a case with them.
SHIPPING TIME
Orders placed will be shipped out within 3-5 business days after being paid for. Custom orders may take longer depending on how elaborate they are, but 99% of the time all our orders go out within 3-5 business days from the time the order was paid for. All Items shipped in the US are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage or Priority.
