Meet the Maker
Hey there! I’m Sae, an aerialist from Connecticut. Over the years of being a personal trainer, aerial dance student, and aerial silks instructor, I've developed and improved my personal systems for tracking workouts, aerial classes, and aerial lessons. Using these systems has helped me become a better aerialist, lifter, and coach through increased awareness and control over my gym & aerial activities! Information is power, as they say.
I hope you'll get the same experience and boost of your productivity with these journals as well! I welcome you to reach out to me with any suggestions or feedback - anything helps and is greatly appreciated!
How it’s Made
Materials used: none (digital only)
Production process: I've been creating and improving these pages since 2016 based on my personal experience taking and teaching aerial silks classes (with some other apparatuses mixed in). I'm a very analytical and data-driven person who found it difficult to take structured notes in class that made sense to me days later! My notes would be so messy that they'd be almost useless when I went back to refer to them or re-organize. I will continue to improve this journal through personal experience and feedback from students and customers like you, because the aerial arts are so much more than an art form - for some it's therapy, release, self-discovery, healing, self-care... and it deserves to have a place to chronicled!
