Meet the Maker

I spent 25 years traveling the country and have come to rest in Florence, SC as a retired Homeschool mom and Army wife. After 25 years on the road living the life the Army chose, I am now creating a life I love. I've learned many things and had the opportunity to be inspired by many amazing and creative people and places in our travels. I bring the things I learned into my everyday creative life and I thrive on learning new skills and continuing to push myself to be more inventive and create my own style. I began my higher education path at a tiny little technical school in Albemarle North Carolina with a study in Fashion Design and Marketing and after a quick 2 years there I transferred to Randolph CC where I studied Interior Design and ended with a brief stop at Patrick Henry CC for some business courses, all of which led me to where I am today. During my 25 years as an Army wife. I have owned and run several businesses including an Army Family Child Care Facility, a homeschool consulting firm, a photography business and several jewelry and accessories stores. My passion in life is helping people see their value and find their own path. I feel that if we each find our gifts and talents we can create our own happiness and a little at a time we can make the world a better place.
