Returns and Refunds
We apologize if your product is damaged, miss-shipped, or miss-labeled. You can either exchange it or get a refund. You have 14 days to return items in this case. Please email us within a week with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details. We will reply as soon as possible with a solution.
If we approve your return, we will tell you where to send the item back. Please contact us before you return anything.
We cannot promise that we will get the returned item. So, we recommend using a shipping service that you can track or buying shipping insurance for items over $75.
Exchanges
Please email us at support@krobsart.com if you have any questions about your item, such as size and color, before you order. Most of our product pages have a chart that shows sizes and other information for that item. We only replace items that were damaged during shipping.
