Please note: In hot weather during shipping the balms can become liquified and then reform oddly in the container. Setting it in a worm spot for a bit to allow it to level out and then place it in the refrigerator for 10 - 15 minutes will set it back up. This will in no way affect the quality or performance of the balm.
