This is a pretty pair of stacked amethyst earrings that dangle a diamond shaped sterling silver drop embossed with a floral design. They are 2 1/2 inches long from the top of the handmade sterling silver ear wires by 5/8 inch wide.

How it’s Made
I made these earrings by first making the sterling silver diamond drops by forming 22 gauge sterling silver sheet into the diamond shapes, then embossing the diamonds with a floral design. Then I slightly dapped the silver diamonds to form a convex shape. Next I made the stacks of faceted amethyst rondelle beads with 24 gauge sterling silver wire and sterling silver bead caps. I attached the sterling diamonds with wire wrapped loops and finishing with a wire wrapped loop at the top. I made the ear wires with 22 gauge sterling silver wire and attached the dangle.
