How it’s Made
I hand paint each book myself with acrylic paints, using brushes, and paint pens to achieve some small details.
Hardcover books are covered during painting to prevent excess paint from getting on the cover, but there is always a small chance of this. Every book starts with some color matching to mirror the colors on the book cover art. During painting, pressure is applied to close the book tightly. This stops as much paint as possible from getting between the pages. When painting is complete, I separate each page, one by one, to make sure the book can be read. Small tears can occur during this process.
You are likely to find some excess paint inside the front and back cover, and books with a deckled edge may have more paint on that edge.

Each book is one of a kind, hand-painted, and will have unique markings and small imperfections, please keep this in mind when ordering
More photos of any paint job are available on request
The painting process can leave excess paint on some pages, and all books can be read with care
Frequent or rapid flipping through pages may release paint and impact the paint job, handle gently
Product Listing have non-negotiable pricing based on the time required to complete the paint job, and not typically based on the book itself (with some exceptions for rare editions)
