How it’s Made
This gorgeous necklace was created using raw copper and a single red Miyuki glass bead. The base cross is shaped and hammered, then its intricate design is hand wrapped, by me, using thin gauge raw copper wire, and then antiqued to add a rich, beautiful, patina. The antique copper chain is then cut to length, and a handmade hook clasp is added to complete the look.

ORDER CANCELLATION:
Mistakes happen! If you need to request a cancellation, you can do so by sending us a message within 2 hours of making a purchase, providing that item has not already been shipped.
SHIPPING:
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days after payment is processed. You may ship via USPS Ground Advantage or First-Class Priority, and tracking is included.
Please allow 5-7 business days to ship custom orders. Be sure to provide a correct address, as we are not responsible for misdirected packages due to incorrect address information provided by the buyer.
RETURN POLICY:
Customer satisfaction is important to us. We try to provide the best products we can, but if, for some reason, you need to return an item, please read the following:
You must contact us within 5 days of receipt of the item to request a return/refund.
Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
Items must be in their original packaging, and show no signs of being altered, broken or worn.
Items must be repackaged securely to ensure a safe return.
The returned items must be shipped "with tracking" to receive a full refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Responsibility for lost items is that of the Carrier, and not that of Exquisitely Wired.
The full price of the item, less any shipping fees, will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5 days of receipt of item.
