How it’s Made
Crafted with care, these hair combs showcase the beauty of Van Gogh stained glass, renowned for its rich colors and intricately textured patterns. Each piece of stained glass begins as clear glass, with a layer of specialized glue applied to create stunning frosty, feathery patterns as it dries. Our glass is created through a meticulous process of hand cutting, grinding and finishing with our own specialized process, resulting in a finished piece that is truly one-of-a-kind.
Please note that due to the unique nature of the painting process, each piece of Van Gogh stained glass is unique, with patterns varying from piece to piece. While the finished product you receive will be as pictured, the patterns inside the glass may differ, adding to the individuality of your accessory. Colors may differ slightly due to differences in computer monitors.

SHIPPING AND PRODUCTION TIMES
Production time (the time it takes us to make your items) before shipping varies for each item. The production time for an item is posted in each item description. If your order includes items with differing production times, the longest production time in the order will apply. If you need an item shipped before the posted production time, please contact us to see if that will be possible. Shipping is USPS and shipping cost is calculated during the checkout process.
Customs and import taxes

REFUND POLICY
We gladly accept returns and exchanges in the event that your item has been damaged during shipment. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Contact us within: 14 days of delivery Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
We don't accept cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders Perishable products (like food or flowers) Digital downloads Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
To start a return, you can contact us through the GoImagine messaging system. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds will be made for your purchase price of the product(s) and applicable taxes, minus adjustment for damages if needed. Refunds will not be made for shipping fees.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
