Shipping: Free shipping on orders $50 and up (pre-tax), continental US only.
If you are disatisfied with your purchase after receiving it, please contact me immediately to resolve the situation. Returns will be accepted on an individual basis only and only if I am contacted with a return request within 5 days of delivery of the item(s). Returns will not be honored unless there is a defect, wrong item or something was grossly and or mistakenly misrepresented. No returns accepted for items, "no longer wanted." When accepted, the return item must be in the original box/packaging and in it's original condition in order to receive a refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser/customer. Refunds, when approved, will be issued once the item is returned and deemed in acceptable condition. In some special situations a "restock" fee may apply. I want you to love your unique, one of a kind, handmade piece, but if you do not for some reason, please contact me immediately. This is the best way to ensure that we are both satisfied with the resolution that follows.
