Meet the Maker
Jamestown Studio is located on Conanicut Island in Rhode Island’s Narragansett Bay. Jamestown, a quaint historic village with stunning coastal views, is home and sanctuary to my craft and artwork. Forged by the sea, I am thrilled to offer you my newest collections.
As a jewelry artist, my designs are influenced by the beautiful landscapes and seascapes I’ve experienced while living in creative mecca’s such as; Santa Fe N.M, California and the East Coast.
Each diverse and unique locale brought its beauty and cultural influences, which are reflected in my handmade jewelry. My designs showcase the organic shapes and patterns of the ocean, the vibrant colors and textures of the Southwest, and the timeless elegance of the East Coast.
Whether it's a pair of Clay, Enamel or Argentium Sterling Silver earrings, a necklace, ring or bracelet, my jewelry designs strive to capture the essence of these inspiring locations and bring a touch of their beauty into everyday wear. Enjoy! ~ Vikki
Shop Policies
All orders have a 1-3 business day lead time for fabrication, unless otherwise noted in the listing.
I do not take custom orders at this time
SHIPPING
- Shipping within U.S only at this time
- Free shipping via USPS Ground Advantage ( usually 2-5 days -Tracking/Insured).
- I am not responsible for US Postal exceptions, or delays. If your package is lost, or damaged please <contact me>. Please take photos of any damaged packaging before opening and any items that are damaged. This will be vital should a claim be needed. I cannot file a claim without proof.
RETURNS
- Returns accepted within 21 days of delivery. All returns must be pre-authorized within 7 days of delivery (this ensures a 21 day window return) Please <contact> before attempting to return.
- Buyer pays return shipping. Your refund will reflect less shipping, and be applied to original form of payment.
- You must use provided return label, as it includes tracking/insurance. I do not "pad" shipping costs nor charge a handling fee; you pay what I pay. (this is to your advantage as I receive discounted rates as a business). After pre-authorization, I will provide, via email, a return label for you to print out and use. If you cannot print, your local PO can usually do this for you.
- Items must be undamaged and in original packaging. Items will be inspected upon return. Damaged items will not be accepted for refund (exceptions for PO shipping damage). Please re-use bubble mailer or box it was sent in, and package carefully to ensure a damage free return.
