?CUTTER INFORMATION
Each cutter has a blade size of 15 mm deep and .5 mm thick. Each cutter has a supporting wall of 12 mm deep and .6mm thick for sturdiness The cutter’s handle measures 5mm x 5mm for comfort.
?PRINTING QUALITY
Sugared Grace Designs is not responsible for the quality of prints and cannot offer any technical support for your 3D printer however, I am willing to help you troubleshoot if you run into issues. Most designs are tested before listing to ensure that the files work as they should but sometimes mistakes are made. If the files are incorrectly labeled or sized, please let me know and I will be sure to make corrections.

How it’s Made
All my cutters and designs are hand drawn by me. I take pride in offering unique designs that you can't find anywhere else. With Ai on the rise, it can be difficult as a digital artist to keep up, but I am resolved to offer my designs to those who see the value in it. I include my drawings in PNG format with every listing so that they can be used with edible ink printers or projectors to make the cookie decorating process easier. All of my listings (when applicable) include a line art drawing and a colored drawing. As of 2024 they include 2 line art drawings (2 different styles of art) and 2 colored drawings (1 with lines and 1 without lines)
While copyright images and designs can be fun, I have resolved not to take part. I know there are several of you who do the same, but get bombarded with customers asking for themes like Dis ney and Pi xar; I would love to help you with sets that speak to a theme without using any copyright characters. Please reach out!
Shop Policies
All items are shipped from Liberty, SC. USA
We ship with USPS. These carriers do not work on Sundays or Holidays - shipping times are affected by National Weather and Holiday seasons so please take that into consideration when place your orders. Shipping times are an estimation and are not guaranteed.
USPS is responsible for transit delays, damaged or lost packages during shipping, feel free to contact us to work with the carriers on the Insurance Claim as applicable.
Shipping will be combined in orders purchased together.
We use bubble mailers for smaller orders to keep the shipping price down, but use boxes when necessary.
Buyer is responsible for submitting the correct address. We cannot cancel an order once it is shipped so please double check all shipping information before checking out. Tracking will automatically be sent to you when we purchase shipping so you can keep track of your package.
We do not accept returns.
