About this Product
A small lovely image of an Asian temple pops out from a soothing background of leaves. The pillow is entirely hand-sewn. The quilting of the temple is Italian quilting, or trapunto (stuffing behind the image to make it 3-dimensional). This pillow is 14: x 14", is cotton and filled with polyester.

Meet the Maker
Having just retired from teaching, I decided to pick up my needle and sew the way my grandmother taught me. I hand-quilt and sew pillows. The images on the fabric become 3-dimensional because of the quilting. I love spending my days with a needle in my hand, creating something that will bring others joy and comfort.
