There’s something so elegant about asparagus. It’s simple, yet beautiful.
Most people probably don’t think much about it, but when you take a moment to look closely, you’ll notice the subtle gradients of green and purple, and the delicate, overlapping leaves on the tips.
Fresh produce is one of my favorite things. This asparagus painting is part of my Produce series in oil, and I’m so excited to share it with you. :)
It’s a 6x6" painting on flat (1/8") hardboard, created with loose, painterly brushstrokes that bring the asparagus to life. The brushwork has a light texture, and the piece is varnished, arriving unframed and ready for its new home.
Fun facts about asparagus -Asparagus is packed with antioxidants and has natural anti-inflammatory properties. It’s also one of the few vegetables that contains inulin, a prebiotic that promotes healthy digestion! It’s loaded with vitamins A, C, and K, and is known to be a great detoxifier for the body. When harvested young, it’s tender and sweet, but let it grow longer, and it becomes a tall, feathery plant with little white flowers.

I don't accept returns unless the item is defective or the wrong item is sent, but I hope you will contact me if you are not completely satisfied. I would like to see what I can do to resolve the issue and feedback is always helpful. :)

Cancel any time before the item has shipped or, in the case of custom items, before I have placed an order for the materials to make your item.

I am not sure how long GoImagine stores this info in the system, but that is the amount of time I will be able to see it. I will never use it for any reason other than to answer questions for you about your order or to send out your order to you. I do not personally store the information outside of GoImagine at all.
