Astral Reliquary
Wondrous Item, rare
This small, ornate box is adorned with shimmering constellations and contains a hidden pocket dimension within.
The Reliquary can store up to 50 pounds, but the stored items cannot exceed 1 cubic foot in volume each. To store or retrieve an item, the user must hold the box and speak the command word while envisioning the object. The item will either vanish into or emerge from the pocket dimension.
Unlike a standard Bag of Holding, this box is tethered to the Astral Plane. If the box is ever destroyed, its contents remain suspended in the Astral Plane and may be recovered only by a powerful mage or planar traveler.
The box can be locked with a second command word, rendering it invisible to divination magic unless detected from the Astral Plane or by creatures with truesight.
Once per long rest, the user can use the box to phase themselves into the Astral Plane, as if affected by the Etherealness spell, for up to one minute before snapping back to the Material Plane.
Potion Dice Emporium
Meet the Maker
With backgrounds in fine art and a shared love of RPG games, my mom, sister and I channel our passion and creativity into every piece we craft. Our fine art degrees have honed our skills and attention to detail, allowing us to create unique, handcrafted items that stand out. From one-of-a-kind hand-poured resin dice and bespoke magic items made from thrifted objects to versatile potion bottles and meticulously sculpted Dice Guardians, we pour our hearts into every creation. Each piece at Potion Dice Emporium reflects our dedication to quality and artistry, as we strive to bring a touch of fantasy and wonder to fellow adventurers.
How it’s Made
All of my dice are crafted from resin. I hand-pour the resin and add various alcohol inks and mica powders to create beautiful effects. My shell-type dice may include inclusions such as paper butterflies, moss, flowers, etc., and some have the inner shell wrapped in Washi tape. These dice are made using a double casting method (which requires two separate rounds in a pressure pot for 24 hours each): first, the inner dice are cast and a pattern or inclusion is applied, then a second casting of clear resin is done around the insert. The dice are then placed in a pressure pot for 24 hours to remove any bubbles. After curing for a few days, I sand off the excess resin. The dice are then polished in a tumbler with a polishing compound to give them a shine. They are cleaned with soap and water, and then prepared for inking. I hand ink each die, usually in a complementary color, using acrylic inks. Finally, they are polished by hand one last time.
