"Hello, my name is Mercy, and I’m the founder of Earrings by Mercy. Every day, I look forward to putting my ideas into action with the help of my laser machine. It’s my biggest addition and has allowed me to bring my creative vision to life in new and exciting ways.”
As a mother of two boys and a little girl in heaven, I understand the importance of pursuing your dreams. After working as a Payroll Tax Accountant for many years, I decided to follow my passion for art and design. I never thought I would have the opportunity to fulfill my dream until now.
After my little boy was diagnosed with nonverbal autism, it became increasingly difficult to maintain a regular 8-5 job. I was scared to leave the security of a steady job, but my son is my main priority. Owning my own business allows me to be there for him 24/7 and ensure that he gets all the help he needs to succeed in life. I’m grateful for your support of my small business and look forward to serving you again soon."

- All our products are handmade and will ship within 1 to 3 business days of ordering, except on weekends and holidays when the postal service is closed.
- We offer FREE Shipping.
- A Tracking Number and Estimated Delivery Date will be provided for all shipments when applicable upon order shipment.
- Currently, we only ship within the US.

- Broken Upon Delivery: If an item arrives broken (without any fault on your part), you may be eligible for a full refund. I’ll request photographs of the packaging and the broken item to process the refund or explore repair options.
- Custom Orders: Custom orders cannot be returned unless they arrive broken (refer to “Broken Upon Delivery”).
