The top band is a heavy black cotton lace over black fabric ~ The body is a soft B&W knit with an animal print and completely covered with clear sequins for subtle sparkle ~ It has pleats at the band and at the lower corners ~ I attached and hand beaded a white doily with black and clear faceted beads and sequins ~ The handles are the same as the body of the purse ~ The lining is a cotton blend black fabric ~There are two good sized pockets and a pen pocket inside ~ It closes with a magnetic snap

Meet the Maker
I am a mom of 2 and Grandma to 3 precocious little ones! I have crafted my entire life (Thanks, MOM!) and worked the last 16 years in a Tailoring Shop. Now that I am retired, it is time to share my stash of "creations". I sew, knit, crochet and embroider mostly, although I have dabbled in painting some wood crafts and am attempting some jewelry creations. I am an active "scavenger" for vintage fabric, trims, buttons, beads, buckles, baubles and other odd items to use in my creations. Because of this, I rarely make the same item twice the same way. I feel this ensures a type of personalization for each unique customer!
