Shipping Policy:
Processing time is 1-5 business days.
All orders are shipped via USPS in the order they were received. NO RUSH ORDERS, please.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. We do not ship on the weekends and Federal Holidays.
A tracking number will be provided for domestic packages.
Refund Policy:
We describe the items as accurately as possible and encourage you to ask questions before purchasing. Therefore, we do not offer returns/refunds unless there was a gross misrepresentation in our part.
If we made an error on your order, we will gladly correct the mistake. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package to arrange for product replacement or store credit.
