Shop Policies
PRODUCTION, SHIPPING & DELIVERY: Handmade in the USA. We ship to the United States only.
Each item is made to order in house. We need 2-5 business days to craft it and prepare for shipping (Monday-Friday). We take care and diligence when creating this special piece. If you need this order sooner, please message us and we will do our best. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Shipping will take 2-5 business days. Shipping carriers may be experiencing delays which is out of our control. We cannot personally guarantee your package will arrive on time once it is out of our hands. We do not have control over the package once it leaves our shop. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated by the carrier once shipped.
**We are NOT responsible for packages lost in transit.**
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
This item is made to order so we do not accept returns or cancellations. Mistakes can be made and in the event that does occur, please reach out to us immediately so we have the opportunity to make it right. If you have made an error in the personalization, please message us within 4 hours to correct. Otherwise, it will be processed as indicated in the submitted order.
