How it’s Made
Our Barn Quilts are meticulously hand sketched and wood burned onto a hand-selected piece of our choosing, ensuring a personalized touch in every piece. Each design is then branded with our unique mark, signifying its handmade origin on our homestead.
Custom color combinations are thoughtfully selected for each individual piece. The staining, painting, tinting, and sealing processes are all meticulously done by hand, allowing adequate drying time for the optimal finish.
Following the application of custom color combinations, every quilt receives three layers of a durable, weatherproof sealer. This thoughtful application not only enhances the lifespan of your quilt but also guards against any potential discoloration.
Our distinctive brand serves as a guarantee of authenticity for every Legacy Homestead custom piece. Additionally, each quilt is accompanied by a name card, providing a detailed description unique to your quilt.
